Starting from the top:
It's a list of retro apps for generating algorithmic or structured midi compositions, and I do need to come up with a set of new music by Saturday that uses these two hardware opl3 synths, a korg nts-1, a bastl microgranny and an MXR analog delay pedal.

It's a screenshot of the post-installation splash-screen confirmation button for an audio editor called Cool Edit Pro, which Adobe later purchased and renamed Adobe Audition. I use an older version of Adobe audition that is the last version before they used a different GUI library that destroyed its snappiness and then they removed the traditional built-in effects like time-stretching and pitch envelopes.
